I provide therapy for teens ages 13 and up, as well as for adults.
In our first session, I focus on getting to know you, understanding your concerns, and setting goals for therapy. I’ll also review confidentiality, informed consent, and answer any questions you may have.
Sessions typically last about 50 minutes. I can provide longer sessions if needed. Most clients begin with weekly sessions, but we’ll tailor the frequency to your needs.

I ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations to avoid a late-cancellation fee. I understand emergencies happen and will consider exceptions on a case-by-case basis.

Yes, I provide secure video sessions for clients who prefer to meet online.
No, I do not offer ongoing couples or family therapy and I do not specialize in those areas. I provide individual therapy and, when appropriate, one-time family support sessions that align with your current treatment plan.
